 Description   

Soon after previous (parent) issue have been fixed, JS on page does not work at all.

Clicking on a ? mark to get information about each element in analyzer throws this error at console:

TypeError: help_popup.dialog is not a function[Learn More] main.ad09965b6693.js:11357:41
