 Description   

Chrome will block all access to JIRA, Mozilla Firefox provides some clue:

jira.mariadb.org uses an invalid security certificate.
 
 
 
The certificate expired on 18. 10. 2017 22:07.
 
The current time is 19. 10. 2017 0:29.

I believe it was fixed recently. The browser tells me that the current certificate expires on 10/18/18.
