 Description   

Database service (MySQL) stops after show create view command.
MariaDB version: 10.2.4
The view is based on query with DISTINCT keyword. If I create duplicate view but without DISTINCT, then everything works fine (no crash).

Please try to upgrade to the current 10.2.6. You might have encountered bug MDEV-12379 which has been fixed already. We'll keep the report open until you confirm that upgrade helped (or not).
