it would be all of them, otherwise the internal pcre is use which isn't disto friendly if that ever updates. |

I've now installed libpcre3-dev on our trusty, jessie, and wheezy builders. Our other .deb build VMs (stretch, sid, xenial, yakkety, and zesty) all already had libpcre3-dev installed. |
