 Description   

innodb_buffer_pool_populate was restored in 10.2.6 as part of MDEV-12472. However, it was deprecated in 10.0/5.6 and has been removed in Percona 5.7, so there was no real need to restore it in 10.2, but with that now stable, it's maybe best to just remove it in 10.3.
