./debian/mariadb-server-10.1.templates has mysql-server-5.1/start_on_boot containing /etc/init.d/mysql references when systemd is used. Can this be removed? Or can "systemctl start mariadb.service" be put into the template/translactions. |

My opinion is that it should but as Debian voted for Init freedom it's not that simple. I think we should remove it from 10.9 and see that if anyone gets angry and let those who still need it to maintain initv version? |
