 Description   

Use capability flag to interpret counter as:
0 - old behaviour
0xFFFFFFFF - detect iteration by size of data
N - N array of parameters.

Should be pushed with corresponding change of CC, otherwise bug of incorrect processing capability flags will cause tests crash.
