2017-03-13 13:53:50 2959353664 [ERROR] InnoDB: posix_fallocate(): Failed to preallocate data for file ./test/t3.ibd, desired size 98304 bytes. Operating system error number 4. Check that the disk is not full or a disk quota exceeded. Some operating system error numbers are described at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/operating-system-error-codes.html

According to the cross-reference, it started happening around da077a6ec67c12154b18104f6e841d5, 2016-09-19. It occurs almost exclusively on rpl.rpl_domain_id_filter, quite frequently.

This is already fixed in 10.1; waiting for a merge

Please check this build/run:
http://buildbot.askmonty.org/buildbot/builders/kvm-deb-stretch-x86/builds/531/steps/mtr/logs/stdio

It happened on April 7, after 10.2.5 release (and hence after 10.1=>10.2 merge).

I believe that I fixed this issue. It only existed in 10.2, not earlier versions.
