That's correct, the error message tells you to look "near V3DM2_CRAH_19_FAN_SPEED", and here's what you have there:

The Table has 623 columns.
PREPARE statement fails because of limitation or column name having % ( V3DM2_CRAH_19_FREE_COOLING_%)
