 Description   

Both Shannon and FusionIO PCI-E SSD card support Atomic Writes.
When we start MariaDB Server, should check if the machine has the Shannon or FusionIO cards, and check it the cards support Atomic Writes or not.
If the data device supports Atomic Writes, then we can disable Double Write Buffer.
