Documentation for optimizer_prune_level is unclear on what the value '1' does:
"If set to 1, the default, the optimizer will use heuristics to prune less-promising partial plans from the optimizer search space. If set to 1, heuristics are disabled and an exhaustive search is performed."

Thanks, fixed, the second sentence was describing 0, not 1
