sql/share/errmsg-utf8.txt

ER_REFERENCED_TRG_DOES_NOT_EXIST
  eng "Referenced trigger '%s' for the given action time and event type does not exist."

Normally there are no periods at the end of error messages.

BTW, alignment in that message in sql/share/errmsg-utf8.txt is also off.

I got the error from MySQL 5.7 that also contains a dot.
I do however agree that error messages should not contain end dots.
I will fix it for this error and later fix all the other errors in 10.2
