Before releasing, we need to update unstable-tests list. It was created for 10.0, but there is a whole bunch of 10.1-specific unstable tests.

In future, we should make it a mandatory step in the release process. Until we come up with something better, I'll be doing it, and before release I'll need to do a final check and update the list if necessary. It shouldn't be as time-consuming as it is for initial lists, but still I need a time slot.

MDEV-10695 needs to be looked at before the release is released. Maybe it will turn out not to be critical, but at least there needs to be an explanation why it suddenly started happening.
