There isn't much here to work with. What happened before this server session? Did you have a crash? Did you move your database from another location? Did you replace any files in the datadir? Did you do an upgrade?
Please provide the error log from the previous server session.

hi,

Sure. The error just cropped up without anyone touching a thing on the Server (Centos 7), or the Database. As a matter of fact it's a fresh install that's just few weeks old. I am sure no one's touched a thing cos I am the only person with access to this server. And I have set this up personally. No movement of database, not any replacement / addition in datadir. No upgrade as well. I sure can provide the log while in couple of hours. Cheers - M.M

Any luck with the log?
If nobody touched (restarted) the server, it means it crashed, because the fragment that you pasted clearly indicates server startup.

Please comment to re-open the issue if you have more information.

If the server was previously killed and restarted during a RENAME TABLE or ALTER TABLE operation, MDEV-14717 might explain this.
