CentOS7

 Description

The systemd service file on CentOS 7 loads environment variables where it shouldn't:
EnvironmentFile=/etc/sysconfig/garb
This will result in an error while starting:
garb-systemd[29224]: /etc/sysconfig/garb: line 9: cluster_name: command not found

Removing the line will start garb
