 Description   

Ubuntu's iproute package is transitional package for iproute2 for 2 releases at least (16.04 and 15.10), likely even more.
So it would be good to change dependency to iproute2, mariadb-server is the only package in my system that depends on it, all other already updated dependencies.

Ubuntu 16.10 already released.
To fix this issue you just need to add a single digit in dependencies.
Can you resolve this in next release?
