 Description   

The CONNECT Postgres ODBC tests are helping us find lots of bugs in CONNECT, we should have this running in Buildbot.

This requires:

  1. Postgres with a username / password / database "mtr"
  2. ODBC configured to use the PostgreSQL driver
  3. The tables setup from storage/connect/mysql-test/connect/t/odbc_postgresql.sql

Blocked by MDEV-29946 because these tests fail in pretty much everything except 10.3 right now.
