 Description   

The content page numbers on rare occasions be mismatched due to a bug in probably either the fromtext.py script or generate_contents.py script.
The script fromtext.py receives text read from the pdf itself, it extracts the positions of each webpage's first header, these positions are then assigned to each element in the TOC.
