 Description   

Ubuntu-22.04 LTS upstream images while not official released, are there http://soaphub.org/imagehub/?q=ubuntu&n=library&p=1

I'd like to use these in the Docker Library builder which have historicly, and I plan to continue, basing their images on the LTS release for the MariaDB release they where stable at, hence hopefully the 10.8.3 release.

Issues like MDEV-27593 would make it easier to distribute a workload in various cases for early testing on a variety of operating system host kernels and filesystems.

Hence notable liburing-dev as an extra package in the container.
