If you are doing a multi node install it is currently a requirement that you have the corresponding install in the home directory in this case /root. PostConfigure pushes the install files to the other nodes and automates the install for you.

Coming in the 1.1 release we'll have an option that allows you to pre-install the software on the other nodes rather than doing this.
