When doing a Columnstore gluster install via postConfigure, ran into some issues with the glusterconf script..

1. it's not displaying the number of pm and available copies correctly, showing both as 0.
2. It also has reference to InfiniDB in the script..
3. AND this is an InfiniDB-Enterprise package script, so we would need to redo it and add it to our package to support future gluster installs for Columnstore product.

Setup the Number of Copies: This is the total number of copies of the data
in the system and a non-redundant system has 1 copy, so choose 2 or more,
but not more than the number of PMs which is 0.
