Create test to validate normal operation after killing processes.

1. MCS activity during test:
create table (~2000 columns)
alter table
cpimport
insert select
with 1 node

second thread execute "kill -9" for primproc

2. save state from /var/lib/columnstore/data1

3. restart services

4. try to insert into tables to validate DB restoration
