 Description   

On Debian 11, if you install the repository for Mariadb 10.6.8 enterprise using mariadb_es_repo_setup, there is no mariadb-plugin-columnstore available. So, this command fails:

apt -y install mariadb-server mariadb-backup* socat mariadb-plugin-columnstore
 
...
 
E: Unable to locate package mariadb-plugin-columnstore
 
Failed to enable unit: Unit file mariadb.service does not exist.
 
Failed to start mariadb.service: Unit mariadb.service not found.

and this command offers cmapi, but not columnstore-engine:

workaround: Install 10.6.7.
