 Description   

We've had customer who wanted to run viewtablelock & cleartablelock for SkySQL columnstore.
But viewtablelock & cleartablelock utilities can only be run locally.
And cannot be run for SkySQL columnstore.

It would be great if we can have some alternative way like a function to view and clear locks for SkySQL columnstore.
