 Description   

Extension to CMAPI CLI to collect logs and config files into tar.
2 possible options:
1. user connects to each node and run the tool locally and uploads N tar files
2. user connects to one node which collects all logs

Option 1 would function if the cluster is down or broken.

Further extension could be uploading the tar file to Jira or case management system
