 Description   

We are seeing 2-3 min per pod start up time . which adds to about 10 min after MOE declares success .

This not the best customer experience .
Additionally it will affect our validation pipeline for CS in Sky.

The iflag does not mean it was 'started'. It simply means the system was initialized for use on a given node.

Monit delay has nothing to do with Columnstore start up. It is an internal monitoring tool that is not currently used in SkySQL and so this is benign.

This is not a good start up probe.
