Due to support of centos 7 we have very old boost c++ system libraries available, also because of dynamic linkage and different target distros we have different boost libraries in target packages. We should try to use static linkage with boost, commited in our repo. So we fix the version, and can have fresh modern boost.
This is in particular very important for next few patches, due old boost is not compatible with our requirements
