 Description   

Build tested: 6.3.1-1 (#3805)
Tested on Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04

User used was root, I use the following command to install deb packages:

apt -y install ./*.deb
 
sudo apt -y install ./*.deb

Both returned the following error at the end:

N: Download is performed unsandboxed as root as file '/root/ubuntu20/mysql-common_10.6.6.3+maria~focal_all.deb' couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permission denied)
