 Description   

I noticed that an INSERT SELECT that uses cpimport doesn't rollback if you ctrl-c.
During the import, no records are seen by queries as expected. If you ctrl-c out of the INSERT SELECT, cpimport closes with success, which causes all rows inserted up to that point to be finalized and can be seen by queries. I would think we want it to rollback instead.
