If build is executed with -DPLUGIN_COLUMNSTORE=YES on aarch64 machine the error message is not informative:

  run.

it does not contain info regarding 1. which required packages are missing 2. it is connected to Columnstore

Both 10.4, 10.5 will never support ARM builds. 10.6 is the first version where ARM builds is supported.
