 Description   

We need to merge the latest distributed Columnstore.xml with changes made by user in old Columnstore.xml.
autoConfigure does this but it was lost during the removal of OAM.
This ticket is for updating autoConfigure to the latest Columnstore.xml format and to changes in the install scripts needed to execute it.

During upgrade, columnstore.cnf has been partially merged. We'll leave the columnstore.cnf unchanged, keeping the user's changed columnstore.cnf as is.

QA: columnstore.cnf should remain as it was before upgrade.
Columnstore.xml should have all user changes plus the addition of 

	<RowAggregation>
 
		<AllowDiskBasedAggregation>N</AllowDiskBasedAggregation>
 
	</RowAggregation>
