As of 5.4.3 and 6.1.1 MDB has an extra layer of CMakeLists.txt that sets certain variables for CPack RPM generator and conditionally builds MCS for supported platforms.
We need to move CMakeLits.txt that now belongs to MDB into the engine repo's CMakeLists.txt moving the most of the engine top-level directories into a new directory 'src'.
The engine's MTR tests directory mtr must also be renamed into ./mysql-test so that the existing infrastructure can be reused.
