CREATE TABLE t1 (a DECIMAL(10,1)) ENGINE=ColumnStore;
 
INSERT INTO t1 VALUES (1.1);
 
SELECT SEC_TO_TIME(a) FROM t1;

Looks wrong. The expected result is:
