 Description   

Build tested: 1.0.6-1 (first cut for the release)

I performed installation tests for the following:

bin and rpm for cents 6.7, centos 7
bin and deb for ubuntu 14.04, ubuntu 16.04, debian 8.5

and found these issues:

1) Front end version label is incorrect for Centos 6.7 and 7
Engine version is showing 1.0.5-1

2) Centos 6 has the incorrect releasenum file content
The content of the file is showing 1.0.5-1

3) Installation script for Debian package installation for multi-node is looks for incorrect file and reported an error.
"can't locate mariadb-columnstore-*_1.0.6-1 Package in directory /root"

2) and 3) failed installation for multi-node configuration.

resolved, ran into another issue related to the debian multi-node install in the installer scripts. So that is also fixed...
