mcs-storagemanager.service listed as failure whenever storagemanager process should not be started. This does not actually affect the user's system, but the systemd log showing a failure is causing concern. |

Build verified: 1.5.3-1 (drone build #287) mcs-storagemanager no longer starts for non-S3 installation. |

Retested in 1.5.3-1 (drone #280) The issue exists in build #280, but not in #288. |
