 Description   

Need a OAM test plan that contains

1. all the test that need to be run as part of the release/GA process
a. includes all the different types of installs
b. module and dbroot expansions
c. failover
d. mcsadmin commands
e. log and alarm verifying

2. Need a table with a checklist for test item

3. Document the automation testing part of OAM

OAM is being deprecated and replaced by an enhanced API and the MaxScale orchestration project.
