Configuration: 3pm combo (have not tested on 2pm combo)
OSs tested: debian10, ubuntu18

Steps:

1. Create a 3pm combo stack, with schema sync enabled
(Answer y to the schema sync question in postConfigure
2. On PM1, create a database (db name = mytest)
3. Create a orders table
4. LDI orders table with 1gb data
5. Log into PM1 and check for "mytest" database. It does not exist.
