 Description   

As of now users must install ColumnStore packages, then run columnstore-post-install and postConfigure to setup the cluster. We remove both puting the logic we need into package managers' scripts and/or systemd units.
More details on what columnstore-post-instal and postConfigure are in the design document.

There must be no need to run columnstore-post-install or postConfigure after a user installs MCS packages to get single-node working.
