 Description   

Customer was having problems with UDF
usage after upgrading to 1.4. The directory structure
has changed so the lib needed to br
placed in a different directory.

So we need an updated version of the 1.2 UDF
document

Even in the README inside of utils/udfsdk it is pointing to the old syntax on the 1.4 branches.

Obsoleted by newer versions.
