 Description   

The UDF mcssystemready() returns a good system state, even though PrimProc might be not running.

How to reproduce:

  • create a CS single node topology
  • check that it is in good state via mcssystemready()
  • manually kill the PrimProc process
  • check that the system is in bad state via mcssystemready()
