We need to add quick install flags for S3 storage to facilitate use with automation.

example:

postConfigure -qs --sm_endpoint=… --sm_bucket=… --sm_id=… --sm_key=… --sm_region=...

I'll add a couple more for things they're likely to want to change.

  • cache size. The default is intentionally really small for safety.
  • location to store files. The default is currently $HOME/storagemanager (will probably change for MCOL-3889).
