The tests are timezone dependant at the moment, so only pass on machines in the BST timezone. I need to make them timezone independent. |

We should find a way to address this in the test framework as it would remove a point of necessary knowledge to successfully run the regression test without prior knowledge which will help new team members and community contributors. |

When we have a way to keep TZ with a table, perhaps we can use that for this issue. |
