 Description   

This will help with basic DML and replication. Items on the list so far:

1. calpontdmlpackage.h: Truncate fDMLStatement and fSQLStatement at say 30 characters (merge if possible). Remove fQueryString
2. DMLColumn: Put column names in separate start vector. Make values binary (our ::any function)

  • look for buildValueList and makeCalpontDMLPackageFromMysqlBuffer and refactor
  • remove other makeCalpontDMLPackage*

The "create date" on this ticket is pre-convergence with MariaDB server. If the issue still exists in a modern version of the engine/plugin please submit a new ticket.
