Merge pull request #636 from drrtuy/MCOL-1786

MCOL-1786 Reduce the performance degradation caused by iequals.

Compare failed - working_tpch1_compareLogOnly/windowFunctions/bug5366.sql

The issue was identified when testing MCOL-1778

Retesting in 1.4.3 shows this bug has been fixed
