 Description   

Currently the HELP button in the CS PDI PlugIn is linking to an non-existent site [1] on Pentaho's website. We should either generate that page, remove the HELP button, or change the link to our Knowledge Base article.

Changed the help button's url to our PDI plugin KB article instead of pointing to a non-existing url in the Pentaho documentation.
