 Description   

querystats table if does not exits is not created after mcs reinstall

note1: the issue will be important if do updarde from versions where the table
querystats is missing
note2: used mcs version 1.2.1-1 from nightly builds 2018-11-06 01:56

how to repeat
A.
drop querystats table
reinstall mcs using v1.2.1-1
issue postConfigure -u
start mcs and check for the querystats table recreation

B.drop the entire infinidb_querystats database
reinstall mcs using v1.2.1-1
issue postConfigure -u
start mcs and check for the infinidb_querystats database recreation and for the installation of the appropriate tables priority, user_priority and querystats |
