Should be fixed in MCOL-1761, that is already merged into develop-1.1

The official location forwards to official download mirrors for load balancing purposes. One of this mirrors is used.

elena.kotsinova could you check with the develop-1.1 branch if the error still exists?

the version of ps1 script I got from develop-1.1 at the date I tested this, contained a different link for download which caused the issue.
https://pilotfiber.dl.sourceforge.net/project/pentaho/Data%20Integration/7.1/

Now it is fixed with the new location https://ayera.dl.sourceforge.net/project/pentaho/Data%20Integration/7.1/
