CentOS 7

Changed the rename commands within the add_dependency if constructs which seems to work.

For QA:
Build the adapters,
run the test suite,
and build the packages as documented (on CentOS 7)

Afterwards verify that the packages were renamed.

This ticket also adds the release information to the kettle plugin.

Build verified: 1.1.6-1 source
