 Description   

We need MariaDB ColumnStore to be separate from MariaDB Server by this ticket's completion. This means:

  • MariaDB Server and ColumnStore's packages are installed independently and in normal paths
  • MariaDB Server will start without ColumnStore (ColumnStore engine plugin will error if ColumnStore is not running)
  • MariaDB Server and ColumnStore have separate systemd startups

We will still have separate source trees for ColumnStore and MariaDB Server but ColumnStore will use the normal MariaDB Server instead of the forked one.
