MCOL-1510 GROUP BY handler doesn't support operations on aggregate functions when projecting columns.

s2pm1: There are 2 options when configuring the System Module Type: separate and combined
s2pm1:
s2pm1: 'separate' - User and Performance functionality on separate servers.
s2pm1:
s2pm1: 'combined' - User and Performance functionality on the same server
s2pm1:
s2pm1: Select the type of System Module Install [1=separate, 2=combined] (2) > 1
s2pm1:
s2pm1: Seperate Server Installation will be performed.

1.2.0-1 still defaults to combined (2). Reopened
